Your mission
Join Dr. Beckmann Group as a Regional Demand Planner and help shape a smarter, more agile supply chain across international markets in MENA, APAC, LATAM, and CIS. In this role, you will drive forecast accuracy, optimize product availability, and turn market insights into reliable demand plans. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and distributor partners, you will identify trends, anticipate risks, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making. As our demand planning processes continue to evolve, you will actively contribute to building best practices, improving forecasting standards, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.
Your tasks
Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts to support product availability and healthy inventory levels
- Analyze sales trends, distributor order patterns, and market dynamics to improve forecast reliability
- Integrate key demand drivers such as promotions, pricing, seasonality, product launches, and discontinuations into forecasting models
- Manage product portfolio planning, including SKU phase-ins and phase-outs
- Lead and coordinate the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across business units
- Monitor forecast accuracy and prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Identify supply chain risks, analyze forecast deviations, and proactively communicate improvement actions
- Support the continuous optimization of demand planning processes, standards, and tools
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Global Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, and regional business teams
- Support regional business units with demand analysis during regular business
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of forecast data within the Group’s Demand Planning system
- Collaborate with distributors and sales managers to review inventory levels and improve demand and purchasing forecasts
- Consolidate regional sales forecasts and ensure alignment between market inputs and overall business objectives
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Profound experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, ideally within the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in demand planning systems and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams in a matrix environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated to drive change, improve processes, and contribute proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
