Your mission
As Brand Manager for Italy, you will shape and execute impactful local marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive demand. Working closely with our global brand marketing team, you will adapt global strategies to resonate with local consumers and customers. By combining market insights, creativity, and data-driven decision-making, you will support business growth, enable sales success, and ensure consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints in a dynamic market environment.
Your tasks
- Adapt and implement global marketing strategies and campaigns for the Italian market with strong local relevance
- Partner with sales to develop marketing plans, define KPIs, and optimize performance and ROI
- Plan and manage paid media activities (digital and offline) with a focus on efficiency and impact
- Execute integrated campaigns (ATL & BTL), with an emphasis on digital engagement
- Generate insights on market trends, consumers, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Support product launches by localizing global assets and ensuring effective execution
- Contribute to portfolio management and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
- Monitor campaign and brand performance, translating data into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver high-quality outputs
- Manage the local marketing budget in alignment with strategic priorities
Your profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods sector
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional language skills are a plus
