Your Mission
The Regional Sales Manager Traditional Trade - Central Region (m/f/d) is responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and local retail chains in the assigned region to achieve sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
Your Tasks
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key clients in the region
- Effectively managing the customer portfolio and acquiring new clients (distributors, local chains)
- Implementing the sales budget in accordance with the established implementation plan and on-going monitoring
- Negotiating/negotiating detailed terms of cooperation and overseeing the proper course of cooperation
- Analyzing data Sales, trends, profitability, and market share
- Market analyses to monitor competitive activities and propose development directions
- Ongoing collaboration with other departments (marketing/finance/customer service/logistics)
- Quick and thorough resolution of customer issues to ensure satisfaction and trust
- Analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of ongoing activities and provision of accurate forecasts and data for demand planning
Who you are
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the FMCG industry preferred)
- Energy and a drive to achieve business results
- Independence and analytical thinking
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to work in a team
- High personal culture towards both clients and colleagues
- Communication skills (knowlege of English will be an additional advantage)
